W stands for "Whoops!"

Do you remember when W dropped his dog Barney on the tarmac that time in Texas? This photo was taken just when poor Barney hit the ground in front of a group of horrified children. Now I'm no politician, I'm a dog -- and I'm sure he didn't do it on purpose -- but speaking as a dog, we don't care much for being dropped.
